About this job
We are seeking a full time in-house customer support representative to start immediately.
Tasks include coordination and maintenance of electronic files, with customer support including live chat. Must have excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to answer many emails and live chats per day and some phone calls.
At least 3 years experience in Customer Support field a must.
Must be dedicated to working hard, taking on new responsibilities and be proactive in upcoming projects as well as ensuring work for the day has been completed
Attention to detail an absolute must
Must be comfortable with reporting to co-workers, managers and management
Positive "can do" attitude
Bilingual a plus
Should have own transportation and valid driver's license, and be available to work occasional overtime
Skills:
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word and very basic Excel)
Able to multi-task
Excellent typing skills
People person
Shifts Available:
1. Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
2. Wednesday - Sunday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm
3. Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
4. Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
5. Wednesday - Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Eligible employees must be able to take FULL-TIME IN HOUSE POSITION .
