We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Outside Sales Rep.
Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week.
- Must have 2 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Wage: $30 k - $60 k
Requirements
As an Outside Sales Rep, you must be driven to excel as this is largely a commissioned environment. After the first 3 mos. on the job with a guaranteed salary per month, you will move to pure commission-based pay, plus a daily base pay. Preference is given to individuals with 2 years of experience in a related (direct) sales commissioned environment, with a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Position Details:
1. Royal Crest is looking for energetic people who want to be paid for what they produce. We offer a realistic opportunity to earn $33,000.00 - $60,000.00 (...or more), with $3,000.00 per month guaranteed, for the first two months. After that, there is a structured, base daily rate, plus lucrative commissions, based on volume, and the starting up our delivery service.
2. Our Sales Representatives canvass neighborhoods in the Colo, Springs metro areas. The winter working hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Saturday The summer working hours are 11:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Saturday (with one other work week day off). Occasional special events, such as Farmer's Markets, may be on a week-end day, and we have a Sales Rep presence at these functions.
3. There are unlimited commission possibilities, monthly bonuses, friendly work environment, and pride in knowing you are promoting a wholesome and superior product that families can benefit from.
4. Lucrative benefit package to include health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation and sick time, holidays off, 401(k) plan (after 6 mos.), company paid life insurance, and long term disability, plus a generous discount on all
