About this job
We currently have an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer with a very strong and stable company in Racine county. This is a direct placement that offers competitve pay and benefits. This employee will be responsible for tooling development and process improvements. They will also work directly with suppliers to source tooling and develop qualifcation plans to ensure production requirements are met. Finally, assist in the writing of equipment specifications for equipment built both internally and externally. This position will require the employee to travel up to 20%, both domestic and international.
Qualified candidates will have:
-Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing)
-5+ years of experience within a Manufacturing Engineer role
-Strong background in APQP, Six-Sigma and Project Management
