About this job

We are in need of an individual that hasexcellent customer service skills that can interact with customers, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Encourage the sale of company products and provides information to customers on product features, prices, services and substitutes. Strong data entry skills and 3+ years experience in manufacturing customer service required.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls plus paging system

Have exceptional listening skills.

Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, invoice questions, warranties and product information.

Receive and check customer complaints.

Enters orders into the computer, invoicing and filing

Answer questions from customers or directs them to the person who is able to assist them.

Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and/or any other resource to rectify them.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to remain calm while working under some demanding or stressful situations.



EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma required/ Associates Degree or college coursework preferred (or related experience)

Minimum 3 yrs related customer service in a manufacturing environment

MS Word and Excel required with Exceptional speed and accuracy for data entry

??Exceptional experience in effective business communications, including grammar and phone/email etiquette required.
