We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

* Provide "Concierge" service to large group clients by resolving member issues
* Ability to troubleshoot, research issues and problem solve within tools provided.
* Be liaison between members/providers/Client to resolve member issues
* Handle and resolve complex member issues
The ideal Call Center Customer Service Representative candidate will have:
* Strong Customer Service skills required. Call Center exp not necessary; but CS experience required
* Computer savvy. Strong navigational skills with MS Word, Excel and especially Outlook
* Energetic, enthusiastic and clear speaking voice
* HS Diploma required, some college preferred
* Ability to multi-task systems, conversations, and troubleshooting simultaneously
* MUST be available for ANY shift (7 days per week 7am-8pm). Non-negotiable
