Reliable, Steady, Honest, Trustworthy, Compassionate, Patient And Playful With Toddlers Babysitter

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 1 child. About the family: Were a family of 3. Mom is a nurse and dad is a power liner. Toddler is 2. We're laid back but need someone that can take initiative and not require a lot of instruction to provide quality care. We expect our sitter to keep things they or the kid messes up, cleaned up by end of day. We like to play outside. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. Responsibilities would include meal prep. We require that you have your own car.
