Rapidly growing, highly successful Full Service Staffing Office in the Scranton Area needs to add one - two Staffing Specialists to their team. The opportunity long-term temporary position with the potential for full time hire. Excellent benefits offered upon permanent hire. Starting pay rate is $15.00/hour. Hours of work are 8:00 am - 5:00 Monday Friday. The ideal candidate will be persuasive and success driven. Will be able to work well under pressure, remain organized and understands the importance of being highly detail oriented. A high level of proficiency in MS Word and Excel are essential as well as the ability to learn new programs and systems very quickly. In this role, you would be working with our employees as well as our clients. Must be a proven relationship builder to foster good rapport with our employees and develop new sales with clients and prospective clients. This opportunity requires the ability to start immediately.
