Warehouse Associates Job Description:
Warehouse associates are responsible for the receiving, stocking and shipping of tires and wheels for all our store locations. They will be walking/standing for the majority of the shift. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager and is expected to maintain the highest levels of productivity within the warehouse workgroup.
Warehouse Associates's Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all unloading of incoming deliveries.
Pull internet tire orders to be shipped.
Clearing the unloading area for that days incoming deliveries, such as stocking tires or wheels that need to be done.
General cleanup of packing area and surrounding facilities.
Help out the drivers get everything loaded as needed.
Floor personnel are to make sure the dock is clear for pulling the next days stock order.
Check overflow area to see if anything needs restocked.
Pull the tire stock orders for the next delivery day.
Maintain correct inventories in computer system.
Insure correct tires/orders are loaded into each truck.
Requirements
Warehouse Associate's Job Requirements:
No previous warehouse experience is required but is a plus.
Desire and ability to work as a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to left up to 75 pounds.
A positive "can-do" attitude.
Ability to keep accurate records.
