Associate Director of Case Management needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Walnut Creek, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Hold accountability for supporting the growth, development and oversight of the national networks to meet customer needs and be aligned with corporate goals
- Assists with global strategies used to recruit, orient, and operationally integrate networks into daily operations to ensure customer needs are met
- Responsible for overall capacity management tracking and action plan identification for all clinical networks/resources
- Responsible for development, implementation and oversight of Case Management and diagnostic specific core curriculum and supporting modules/materials; adds and refines materials, tools and resources to the core curriculum as needed
- Ensure case management practice guidelines, internal field perspective and marketplace requirements are integrated into operational design, development and implementation; utilizes industry standard guidelines for case management (CCMC Code of Professional Conduct, CMSA Standards of Practice) and workers compensation (ACOEM, ODG, jurisdictional requirements etc) as references
- Manages the Network Manager and training programs and conferences; conducts training sessions
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Active California RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly is preferred
- Five (5) years of experience providing/supervising catastrophic / workers comp field case management services
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible management experience, in health care or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to address customer and internal requests
- Track record of development and delivery of effective curriculum and training programs to educate clinical and professional staff
- Knowledge of technical resources to support clinical training-software (presentation and online), webinars, and education tactics and tools
