About this job
The Project Coordinator will notify all property owners in writing before any significant construction activity occurs on their property
They collaborate with internal partners and/or third-party vendors to maintain project database and Update and maintain mailing list of all project stakeholders
Handle notices to property owners and tenants adjacent to the powerline projects
Address all customer concerns including meeting and interacting with property owners as needed to address project concerns
Work closely with Construction process decision makers to coordinate outreach for upcoming projects
Participate in pre-construction meetings
Assist with the implementation of Construction Communications Plan (only for major projects) prepared by the Project Communication Manager
The effective candidate will possess the following attributes:
Ability to effectively communicate with others -
Ability to work independently, manage schedule and prioritize work
Ability to be flexible and handle changing and emerging priorities
Building rapport with internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence outcomes
Performs a variety of customer relations/customer service duties to ensure prompt processing of customer requests
Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify and address trends
Understanding of some technical/engineering aspects is desirable but not required
Proficiency with basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experienced with handling difficult Customer Service situations
Diplomacy, tactfulness, and negotiation skills
Excellent work prioritization and time management skills
