Bilingual Data Collector - Full-time / Part-time

On behalf of CIS, Headway is hiring individuals to complete surveys at Academy Sports & Outdoors in Columbia on Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25. Surveys will be conducted using iPad devices so you must be comfortable with technology. Pay will be $15 per hour.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Partner with another Data Collector to interview patrons and collect survey responses
• Approach and survey customers as they are leaving the store and ask them to provide feedback related to their shopping experience
• Provide the guest with a $10 gift card to the store after completing the survey
• Conduct all surveys interview-style on an iPad device. This ensures that that accurate and thoughtful data is collected
• Transmit data via wireless transmission to CIS at the end of each shift (training is provided)
