Customer Service Representative

We have a opening for a Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients located in Farmington, Connecticut!

Main Responsibilities:

• Duties are to receive, document, and process telephone calls from customers, mechanics, ADA phones, elevators with REM and Otis local offices using an ACD phone system and mainframe data terminal
• Responsible for ensuring the timely dispatching of service mechanics and may be required to escalate requests to field management
• Will be working on other tasks as necessary such as, loading duty rosters, ADA phone programming and ACE (quality management system)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months experience in the field or in related area
• Excellent customer services skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped passengers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be Bi-lingual both proficient in speaking English and French language
• Amenable to work in a call center and team environment
• Strong familiarity with computers
• Typing skills (25wpm)

• Location: Farmington, Connecticut 06032
• Length of Contract: Six months
• Working Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
