Requirements
Manpower is currently hiring for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients located in Farmington, Connecticut!
Main Responsibilities:
- Duties are to receive, document, and process telephone calls from customers, mechanics, ADA phones, elevators with REM and Otis local offices using an ACD phone system and mainframe data terminal
- Responsible for ensuring the timely dispatching of service mechanics and may be required to escalate requests to field management
- Will be working on other tasks as necessary such as, loading duty rosters, ADA phone programming and ACE (quality management system)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months experience in the field or in related area
- Excellent customer services skills, including professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers and trapped passengers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be Bi-lingual both proficient in speaking English and French language
- Amenable to work in a call center and team environment
- Strong familiarity with computers
- Typing skills (25wpm)
- Location: Farmington, Connecticut 06032
- Length of Contract: Six months
- Working Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
