Planner - Full-time / Part-time

Production Scheduler & Coordinator LOCATION: Beaverton, OR

SALARY: $20 hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: Immediate opening for a production scheduler & coordinator for a Beaverton area plumbing contractor. We are looking for a well-organized individual to join this construction oriented team. To be successful you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work in a fast past environment, ability to multi-task at all times. Duties include but are not limited to: Produce daily schedule for field employees. Produce work orders for field employees, Coordinate jobs with warehouse to pull & schedule needed products. Be in daily contact with field employees regarding status of jobs. Communicate with production super about upcoming manpower needs, reschedule staff if jobs are not prepped or finished early or take overtime. Communicate with builders to confirm schedules. Receive job info so jobs starts can be entered into system. Coordinate with fixture buyer about dates products need to be delivered. Misc office duties. Must have good computer skills. Experience with Sage construction software a plus. Good driving record required. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check may be required by employer.
