Qualifications:
The candidate must have a quality background with 2 years of college and/or a 2 year Technical degree.
Experience in manufacturing with a concentration in Quality. Which includes receiving inspection, layout inspection, gaging and process control, etc.
Experience in machining metal parts would be a plus.
Professional and leadership skills are a must as will be required to communicate with customers and vendors.
Knowledge in a Quality System is preferred. ISO, etc.
Experienced in problem solving / corrective action type process.
Hands on type person.
Willingness to learn our manufacturing processes to lead / supervise these areas as you grow.
