Food & Beverage Outlet Manager

The Bar / Lounge Manager oversees all facets of the bar & lounge. The manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful beverage service, demonstrated by the lounge staff. The manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.

We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, cocktail & beverage lists, merchandising, and accounting.

Applicants are required to have one to two years previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred. Prior union experience is beneficial.
