Charley's Philly Steaks located in Apache Mall looking for a Store Manager! A strong individual who will bring in good results by operating the store, work well in busy environment, maintain high sales, and staffing development.
Competitive salary wage from low to high 30k based on experience and performance.
We also provide great benefits such as monthly incentives, meal policy, re-location, development opportunities and more!
Qualification:
- Must have a reliable transportation/car
- At least 1 year management experience in fast food or restaurant
- Understand Team work, Customer Satisfaction, and Leadership
- Serve Safe Certified
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Open/Close store on time by using company's system tools and control money/deposit.
- Hire and Train crew members the proper way using charley's training procedures. Able to develop crew members.
- Hold other people/crew members accountable for their work performance/service
- Responsible for store results of all areas in the store. Sales, Marketing, Training, Service, & Cleanliness.
- Responsible to send report of the P&L program, Inventory, Line Bar Scheduling, and Food/Paper/Labor costs.
