Opportunity to make an unlimited amount of income, with uncapped

Job Summary

Primary purpose of this position is to interact with

prospective Wyndham guests in various hotel and casino locations in the Las

Vegas, NV area while providing an excellent customer service oriented

experience. Assist our guests by amplifying their vacation with Las Vegas

entertainment such as tourist attractions, shows, gambling and dining comps but

not limited to. Meanwhile qualify them according to Wyndham Vacation Ownership

sales presentation standards and invite them to visit one of our Las Vegas

Wyndham properties while on their vacation.

1. Personally solicit guests to preview a

Wyndham property and attend an insightful sales presentation over breakfast or

lunch while making it seem interesting and appealing.

2. Follow guest

qualification guidelines set fort which require a guest to meet a minimal age

requirement, annual household income, major credit cards and etc.

3. Represent the Wyndham brand with a

professional appearance and attitude that contributes to our corporate culture

while ensuring performance and production requirement are maximized.

4. Utilize team

work and all resources available including strategic business partners in order

to capitalize on growth of the organization.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able

* Ability to communicate with potential

guests in various casino and hotel locations.

* Detail

oriented - must be able to provide a high level of accuracy with minimal errors.

* Work with a

high level of professionalism including a professional appearance.

* Ability to

communicate in a positive and enthusiastic manner in negotiable conversations.

* Demonstrate

ability to meet customer demands and suggest the best recommendation possible.

* Provide

exceptional customer service not only to guests but also to team members and

partners.

* Develop

broad knowledge of company procedures, products and services.

* Ability to

work with minimal supervision in small teams.

* Use telephones

with proper telephone etiquette and handle internal/external calls accordingly.

* Receive

guest requests and/or complaints and ensure that appropriate actions have been

taken.

* Inform and answer

inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area

attractions, dining, gaming, entertainment and directions.

* Proficient

with cash handling and able to obtain cash deposits from guest.

* Perform

basic mathematics in order to balance all cash receipts and work performed during

shift.

* Display

inner drive through passion and be self- motivated in a fast paced sales

environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to obtain

a time share license through the state of Nevada.

2. Ability to

work in a casino work environment with loud noise, smoking, and drinking.

3. At least 21

years of age.

4. Work a varied

shift days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

5. Ability to

stand, walk, and/or sit for an 8 hour shift.

6. Work in a fast

pace moving environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. High School

Diploma or equivalent.

2. Time share

experience is a plus, related industry services preferred: hospitality, food

& beverage, customer service, telemarketing, door to door sales, retail,

club promotions, non-profit, and other sales oriented experience.
