Job Summary:

Interact with guests and help ensure dining area is clean and stocked.

Assists with proper setting of tables using BEO for instructions and specifications and be able to answer guest questions about the menu in a courteous manner.

While clearing the table after completion of the entre offer guests' dessert, coffee or after dinner.

Drinks and remain aware of the current wine and assist guests with selections.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

One year food server experience preferred.

Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.

Must be aware of all applicable federal, state and local health and safety regulations and how they relate to food preparation and storage.
