THE PERSON:
Responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience and achieving your personal performance goals. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be independent and self-motivated, and possess a strong and competitive drive and a commitment to excel. Answer incoming calls to resolve customer inquiries and then seek to make banking more convenient while helping to identify products and services that meet the customer’s needs.
Hours of operation: 6:00am-10:00pm
The ability to work within all hours of operation is a critical aspect of this department call flow demands could necessitate a change to your schedule at any time.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification or Military Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a customer contact environment
-1 year of sales experience
