Customer Service Representatives Needed for Growing Call Center

Customer service representatives provide support to a wide range of customers supporting highly diverse calls. This is a fast paced operation that is never boring!
Key Job Functions:
Ensure 100% customer service satisfaction
Answer a variety of incoming calls such as billing inquiries and changing account information.
Technical support and troubleshooting - Handle customer calls, listen to and define the problem, look up reference material as needed to assist the customer and provide assistance to resolve the problem.
Place follow up calls with customers as needed when providing technical support or research on the customer's account.
Call customers proactively to test their systems, providing excellent customer service.
Save accounts that customers may be trying to cancel.
Look up customer information in data base
Document call results
Meet call center service metrics to meet and exceed customer service performance goals
Skills, Ability and Experience Required:
One year customer service experience in fast paced call center
Strong written and verbal communication skills -- ability to interface with customers as well as management team via phone and email.
Attention to detail in processing customer requests with accuracy
Ability to effectively prioritize and plan work activities of the call center operations
Ability to work under pressure.
Capable of maintaining professional demeanor at all times even in stressful situations.
High energy; ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
Comfortable with computers and navigating multiple screens.
Flexible -- ability to wok diverse work schedules
Qualifications:
1 year customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
Prior experience dealing with technology of any kind preferred
Excellent written communications skills
Ability to effectively work with many types of customers
Computer literate -- able to quickly learn operating system, as well as use MS Outlook
Data entry skills -- must type a minimum of 25 words per minute
HS Diploma or GED
Must pass background
