Ability to consistently demonstrate the Spotlight Behaviors; maintain professional composure in a stressful situations; consistently demonstrate an upbeat and positive attitude; adjust work pace to meet business demands; multitask; consistently prepare various types of paperwork accurately; possess manual dexterity and coordination to operate various equipment; maintain a clean work area and stock work area with supplies; acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with Guests; respond to visual and oral signals, general observation skills; adhere to safety policies and procedures; effectively and professionally address concerns and questions; continuously lift 50 lbs.; count large sums of currency quickly and accurately; conduct a variety of cashiering transactions efficiently, accurately, and in a friendly manner; adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and procedures; maintain awareness of MTL/MIL/CTRC-N activity and AML regulations and report to supervisors; demonstrate proficiency in operating an adding machine and computer; distinguish different colors of gaming chips; distinguish valid money from counterfeit; proficiently operate a copy machine, currency counter, jetsort coin counter, encoder, scanner, and simplex machine
Qualifications:
