F&B Supervisor

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is a key advisor to the venue’s General Manager—and, like the GM, is a great ambassador to guests. An informational “go-to” and personnel pro, the Supervisor maintains accurate pricing, communicates information on upcoming events/promotions, schedules staff, and designs/implements F&B specials as directed. The F&B Supervisor is an operations expert and cost-manager extraordinaire—one who handles the day-to-day of the venue’s restaurant by ordering supplies, accepting/checking F&B deliveries, liaising with vendors, and reviewing cost figures—all in an effort to promote efficiency, curtail waste, and improve bottom-line profitability.
