As a member of the Front Desk team you will assist the Department Head with the overall supervision of the Front Desk department. Consistently deliver a top notch customer experience by using your ability to multi-task along with your engaging and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities
Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
Attentively and promptly respond to member needs
Admit members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately respond to messages regarding the account
Answer and transfer phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Promptly greet walk-in prospective members and quickly contact a Membership Advisor to assist
Attend monthly department meetings
Balance cash drawer, reconcile membership accounts, make necessary corrections and voids
Assist the Department Head in maintaining daily and monthly department budget
High school diploma or GED
One-year customer service experience
Basic POS (point of sale) transaction experience
Retail or hospitality experience preferred
Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
CPR/AED certification required within the first thirty days after hire
