Call Center Clerk

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Call Center Clerk.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Call Center Clerk for one of our clients in Cranberry Township, PA! Job Responsibilities: *Checking multiple email boxes related to customer claims *Data entry of customer information *Phone interaction with customers to coordinate claims *Determining if refund, product replacement, or gift cards will be used *Ordering gift cards for customers through website *Delivery tracking *Reconciliation or gift card activity prior to submitting to Finance Requirements: *High School Diploma or equivalent. *Must have excellent customer service skills both oral and written. *Prior experience in a call center a plus. *Strong computer skills.
