Pardot is a B2B Marketing Automation provider that increases revenue and maximizes efficiency for companies with multi-touch sales cycles. Pardot's lead management software features CRM integration, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and ROI reporting to help marketing and sales teams work together to generate and qualify sales leads, shorten sales cycles, and demonstrate marketing accountability.

As a Account Executive, you will generate new business in existing accounts and new markets. Also, you will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives within the small business market segment. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and reference able customers. We are looking for high energy Account Executives with experience and passion for selling software, technology, or SaaS. You will be selling the entire suite of Pardot products and services, run C-level business meetings, and negotiate and close complex deals.

Responsibilities: Deliver online product demonstrations via GoToMeeting Proactively reach out to mid-market prospects by phone and email Prospect for new clients via data.com, LinkedIn, etc. Cold-call on Mid-Market businesses and organizations Follow up on inbound leads and sales inquires Update prospect interaction within Salesforce Collaborate with core sales team members on deomos and closing deals Requirements: BA/BS degree required, or equivalent experience 5-10 years of total sales experience At least 3 years selling software or a technology product At least 5 years of quota carrying experience Track record of over achieving quota Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner Direct and new business sales experience Experience calling into the line of business Experience presenting face-to-face with prospects B2B sales experience required Experience cold-calling on businesses is a must Salesforce experience required Web demo experience required, GTM is a plus Marketing Automation experience strongly preferred Ability to work in a fast pace, team environment Benefits: Very competitive compensation package with uncapped commissions Sales training boot camp at hire with continuous sales training Career Advancement opportunities available Competitive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, 401k match, etc. Please submit your resume in Word or PDF format only.
