Job Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to support the Ecommerce business responsible for the understanding and analysis of business performance and add value through financial processes (Annual Planning, Strategic Business Plans, Forecasts, Monthly/Quarterly Reporting). This position will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with members of the finance and accounting teams as well as cross-functional business partners (Planning, Operations, Strategy, Marketing, etc.)

Key Responsibilities and Skill Set:

¨ Responsible for developing forecasts, plans, and business updates that assess the financial condition of the Ecommerce business.

¨ Support the development of budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in alignment with key functional team members.

¨ Strong collaboration with business partners to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on key financial metrics.

¨ Prepare clear, concise, insightful and comprehensive analyses of options and scenarios that support and influence the strategic direction and tactical decisions for the business.

¨ Insure the results of operations are accurately recorded in the financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

¨ Continuously improve planning, forecast, reporting processes, and systems, including data integrity.

¨ Strong collaboration with business partners to monitor results and provide data and analysis with focus on key financial metrics.

¨ Effective working in a matrix environment, with multiple owners responsible to deliver numbers and processes.

¨ Excellent verbal and written skills demonstrating the ability to articulate quantitative and qualitative results/findings, along with issues and solutions to senior management and non-financial audiences.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work independently, manage/review projects, perform ad hoc and structured analysis

Qualifications:

BS/BA in Finance/Business Administration, MBA preferred

Minimum of 4-5 years experience of financial or business planning, forecasting and analysis experience; previous experience in a Sr. Analyst role

Experience/understanding of the Ecommerce business a plus

Experience with Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Excel a must, SAP preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage large amounts of data, including collection, consolidation, analysis, and synthesizing into a cohesive framework

Experience with understanding P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow

Exceptionally strong analytical, financial modeling and problem solving skills

Capability to communicate effectively and interact at all levels to drive participation and partnership across a geographically diversified cross functional group of colleagues

Manage personal performance and development by driving own learning and performance growth, sharing knowledge and experience with others

Solid ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment

Passion, energy and enthusiasm to drive results with a team-oriented approach; must be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
