Principal Duties and Responsibilities * Manage in bound calls educating and enrolling employees on their Health and Benefits enrollments for 2016. * Provide expert assistance to customers who call/email with questions on talent, health, retirement, or investments. * Explain costs of benefits and coverage options due to Health Care Reform. * Provide excellent Participant Experience in a fast paced environment. Skills and Experience Desired: * Must have prior customer service experience. * Excellent Communication skills, multi-tasking, professional and strong PC skills. * Previous experience in People Services such as medical , insurance finance Hospitality or Retail . * Recent college grads looking for full-time opportunities Shift Requirements: * 7:45 - 9:30am start through 4:45 - 6:30pm end * 10:00 - 11:30am start through 7:00 - 8:30pm * Noon to 1:00pm start through 9:00 - 10:00pm (10% shift differential) (A customer assessment is required for this position) This is a long term project and range of pay starts from 14.00 $20.00 Language skills a plus but not required Open House Tuesday July 21 in our Braintree and Boston offices and if you can not make it we will set aside a time for you!
