Facilities Technician

Must have experience working in facilitiy roles.
Professionally resolves minor issues related to Janitorial Services, HVAC, Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Furnishings, etc. Requests guidance as needed from the FC.

Keeps a list of needed repairs, facility-wide, in an Excel spreadsheet. Estimates time needed and cost to repair or replace. Performs repairs or advises FC of needed repairs or replacement of broken or worn-out items.
Escalates issues to the attention of FC when necessary.
Stocks the kitchens as needed including placing sodas and water in refrigerators in kitchen and conference rooms. Maintains a list of needed kitchen items and requests items to be ordered by the Purchasing Associate. Makes sure items are never out-of-stock. Orders coffee from vendor. Closely monitors kitchen orders and usage of same.
Keeps storage areas and conference rooms clean, organized and well-maintained.
Stocks, maintains and organizes office supplies. Notes items that need to be re-ordered. Makes note of needed repairs and follows through.
Cleans up floor spills to immediately address safety/slipping concerns.
Assists in managing the general warehouse.
Assembles, moves and repairs furniture, hangs white boards, pictures, window blinds, etc. Performs maintenance such as painting, replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and similar items.
Safely moves large equipment with assistance and using appropriate equipment to do so.
Carefully follows SOPs related to job functions/responsibilities.
Performs Validations on new equipment
