Duties Include (be specific):
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for scheduling and shipping through Oracle.
2. Answers telephones in a professional manner as primary contact for customer.
3. Directs incoming and outgoing shipments.
4. Accounts receivable - create weekly and bi –monthly invoices for customer tracks the status of payments, creates requisitions for purchase orders, and post invoices to the A/R.
5. Processes Supplier invoices resolves discrepancies.
6. POC for Suppliers /vendors regarding AP issues.
7. Opens and distributes mail to appropriate people.
8. Types and translates letters/memos.
9. Performs weekly inventory and keeps documentation up to date.
10. Files all documents pertaining to production.
11. Prepares production schedules weekly.
12. Books tire shipments daily.
13. Assists in coordination and compliance of departmental trainings
14. Type routine correspondence, files correspondence, and ensure appointments are scheduled to include yearly hearing exams, vision exams and motor vehicle certification (if applicable)
15. Maintain departmental postings including electronic and manual bulletin boards
16. Assists in preparation of all required reports, documents, compliance audits, BSOPs, sampling results, and other data to meet Alcoa and governmental regulatory compliance obligations.
17. Shipments and receipts of inventory done in Oracle, Bridgestone/Firestone Daily.

18. Enters payroll hours weekly, tracks attendance, processes new employees.
19. Works closely with and provides location support to necessary Departmental (HR, EHS, Supply Chain, Production) SPA as needed.


Additional Comments or Required Information:
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft office suite and related software packages, Oracle, printers, facsimile machines, and copiers
