Customer Service Representative - Parts

Have be provided great customer service? Do you have experience in a parts department? Do you like rebuilding things? A Los Angeles Westside marine related client is looking for a mechanically inclined Customer Service representative to provide outstanding customer service to meet company service requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Inside customer/sales activities including phone calls

Focus on customer satisfaction and zero defects delivery mistakes.
Supports team selling efforts, inquiry follow up, on time delivery, order accuracy, telemarketing and customer satisfaction.
Utilizes computerized order entry invoicing and inventory programs with high degree of expertise and accuracy
Identifies product availability and lead times within the company's capabilities.
Maintains accurate record keeping

Develops technical expertise to assist customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three (3) to five (5) years of customer service experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have computer literacy and successfully utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.
Mechanical aptitude to quickly understand boat related parts and functions
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
