Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper

Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper
Staffmark is currently looking for a full charge bookkeeper/accountant to assist one of their premier clients:
- Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing
- Initiate and record incoming and outgoing wires from international customers
- Prepare multiple bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for management and external CPA firm
- Process payroll and manage employee benefits and HR duties
- File yearly 1099's, property and sales tax
- Manage and maintain business insurance policies, permits, and licenses
Forecast cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Excel
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Great customer service skills
- Comfortable in a small to mid sized company
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to effectively manage time, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines
