The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a Program Manager for our Commercial Operations PMO. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:
The Program Manager is responsible for delivering on the Commercial strategy, developing and maintaining PMO documentation, tracking initiatives, managing associated projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
The Program Manager is tasked with overseeing various initiatives within a specified Commercial program by ensuring proper planning, execution and launch in accordance to the company ' s strategic and financial goals. PMBOK and/or agile methodologies, as well as department standards, should be followed throughout.
The Program Manager will work closely with the various Commercial teams and support organizations to ensure initiatives are rolled out based on the Commercial business model. A primary function of the position is to provide effective communications, planning and guidance to cross-functional project teams to ensure that all activities are coordinated for a successful launch. This includes communicating strategy, status, metrics, program issues/risks, mitigation plans and timely escalations.

Job Requirements:Minimum of five years of technical experience in a technology organization (preferably Cable or Telecommunications);6+ years of experience managing projects/programs with at least 2 years of proven success as a program/project manager with significant responsibility.Experience with both identifying and driving process improvement is also required. PMP, CSM and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred.Knowledge/experience with Web pages is a strong plusCandidate should possess advanced business, technical and functional knowledge and must have experience working in highly technical environments.Must be able to interact with all groups within the company and effectively communicate status, both orally and in written form, to all levels of the organization.Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively.Must be self-directed, proactive and able to work autonomously.Demonstrated ability in using MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio;Thorough understanding of standard life cycle, project, program and process management practices;Excellent business analysis,Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Experience leading cross-functional teams;Strong technical comprehension;Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple projects simultaneously;Demonstrated decision-making and follow-up skills;Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic cross-functional team environment; ability to oversee programs, develop and deliver executive level presentations and manage strategically while performing tactically.Salesforce.com and Clarity experience a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor ' s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college/university or equivalent training, education and experience.
MBA a stron plus.
