Workforce Management Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently partnered up with a Large HMO and Fortune 500 Company. Our client is seeking an experienced candidate to supervise a large workforce team. Candidate will be required to manage 200 internal employees and manage a team of 3 workforce analysts. This individual will support internal employees in 8 departments: monitoring adherence, schedules, resource allocation, call forecasting and all other planning as needed.

MUST HAVE:

• Strong Excel background.
• Managing a schedule for a large population of employees
• Experience with work within IEX and Avata CMS Supervisor tool.
• Experience utilizing a WF Management tool: Blue Pumpkin, IEX, E-Scheduler
• Candidate must have 3+ years' experience with scheduling, call monitoring and managing.
