POSITION: Poker Cashier GRADE: H07

DEPARTMENT: Poker Room DATE: Jan 01, 2011

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for the operation of the Poker Room bank. Maintains and is held accountable for all funds entrusted him/her on a shift basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

________________________________________________________________________

1. Provides prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.

2. Converts gaming checks, tokens and coin for gaming guests.

3. Provides guests with overview of Caesars Total Rewards Program.

4. Supplies chips for dealers, and fills for dealers.

5. Responsible for paying Poker Rewards.

6. Buys, sells and balances cash and chips for main poker bank.

7. Assists those on the front-line and trains New Hires to develop and learn Cashier functions.

8. Verifies funds of assigned office and performs all related functions during assigned shift and is accountable for all transactions in assigned office.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

________________________________________________________________________

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.

EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Must pass pre-employment Math test with score of 80% or better

- 20 problem minimum

Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration/License

ABILITIES: 1. Fluent and literate in English

2. Mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

3. Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills

4. Good communication skills

5. Flexibility to accommodate changing business demands; i.e., schedule changes and overtime.

Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
