Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for the major administrative and clerical support of the VP Operations/CNO, Senior Directors of Nursing. Coordinates and manages projects and assignments of the VP Operations/CNO, Senior Directors of Nursing. Works closely with the Administrative Executive Assistants to the Vice President's to provide the smooth operation of the Administrative Office.
Requirements:
* A minimum of five (5) years experience in Executive Administration, or related job experience.
* Associate Degree in any field
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Electronic Mail, typing and use of standard office equipment.
* Ability to learn other software programs as needed.
* Exercise sound judgment in decision-making and the performance of duties.
* Takes the initiative with ability to anticipate and identify needs of the Vice President and in the Administrative Office.
* Must be flexible, adaptable, and responsive to change, maintaining a positive attitude.
* Must get along well and work in harmony with others, in spirit of collaboration and teamwork. Ability to problem solves and thinks strategically desirable.
