We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Manager of Marketing to be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and day-to-day management of numerous pharmacy marketing programs and activities, to differentiate and drive preference for our products, services, and offerings and drive share for our business. Key focus for this role will be on attracting, acquiring and growing our customer base via the implementation of strategies grounded in key consumer insights.

Specific Responsibilities:

Collaborate and partner with critical stakeholders for inputs, and d evelop a Customer-led learning agenda to identify insights through research that will differentiate and drive preference for our Pharmacy brand Leverage insights to innovate, develop, execute, and manage marketing strategies and integrated plans leveraging paid, earned, and owned channels and assets Manage day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless deployment of plans, including the development of creative projects from inception to delivery while maintaining established deadlines, budget goals and quality assurance. Establish and leverage analytics to measure campaign success; continuously optimize plans to deliver desired results Establish strong collaborative working relationships with internal business partners including Pharmacy and Store Operations, Advertising, Customer Insights and Research, Legal, Field Management, etc.

Required Qualifications

* 6+ years of relevant work experience with d emonstrated ability of taking ownership of significant projects and strategy implementation

* Maintains and promotes an unwavering commitment to understanding and developing solutions to meet customer needs; identifies ideas and solutions to make it as easy as possible for customers to do business with us

* Proven track record of planning, monitoring and delivering tactical online and offline marketing activities with a strong focus on ROI

* Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills

* Strong analytic and operational skills

* Degree Required; Mas ter s Degree Preferred

Strong ability to understand customer needs, marketing channels, and operational procedures to deliver on program goals. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and partnering with diverse cross-functional teams
