Overview

Operations Analysts in the Investment Bank (IB) Operations implement and deliver new products, as well as provide

analytical and processing services. The priority is to deliver cost-effective operational excellence by continuously

enhancing our processes and controls

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and other computer software

applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills; in-depth

knowledge of office procedures and data management; the ability to manage multiple priorities, be highly motivated,

reliable and accurate in performing everyday tasks; demonstrates initiative and works both independently or

collaboratively

Job Responsibilities

Everything you do will be in real-time and have a direct impact on the business. This position may include a variety of

assigned project work. Responsibilities could include:

* Provide administrative and analytical support by handling information requests

* Project management, including preparing and managing project documentation, issue status reporting, and business

initiatives

* Business analysis for new or improved processes and systems

* Handling management reporting tools, data management, analysis and presentation

* Creating and maintaining databases to enable process improvements

* Working with a diverse team of IB specialists

* Connecting with internal partners to resolve issues and build strong relationships
