Valet Attendant is stationed at the main entrance of the hotel at the main entrance. S/he is responsible for: enthusiastically greeting arriving and departing guests; parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe, timely, courteous manner; and providing luggage assistance for guests whenever necessary.

This position requires a Pre-Hire Assessment as part of the application process. For best results we recommend you complete the assessment in one seating without any interruptions or distractions and therefore advise that you begin the application process when you can dedicate 20-30 minutes of uninterrupted time to apply for this opening.

*Valet/Bell & customer service experience preferred. *Must have a clean driving record and be insurable. *Must be physically able to handle fast-paced routine during high volume check-in and check-out times.

*Duties include  -parking and retrieving guest vehicles -assisting guests as needed with luggage -directing traffic flow during peak check-in/check-out time -other duties may apply to ensure the best guest service!

Full or part time positions may be available. Full-time benefits include health, dental, life and vision insurance after 90 days. 401k after 1 year. IHG employee rate available at IHG hotels worldwide after 90 days. Paid vacation for all employees after one year of continuous employment.
