In this role, you will work in a casual environment:
-Responding to inquiries from associates (i.e., annual enrollment, coordination of benefits and plan offerings). Training is of course provided

Team Member Care Advisor
Creates a positive, productive experience for managers and other team members who seek assistance on a broad range of matters pertaining to their relationship with the Company.
Responsibilities
-Treats every contact with a team member as the most important thing in that moment; engages with callers to listen, comprehend and facilitate an appropriate response.
-Follows procedure for initiating contact, identifying callers, and documenting proceedings in the TMC case management system.
-Acquires and maintains substantial knowledge concerning Human Resources policy, programs, and procedures that allows first call resolution in the majority of cases.
-Follows data security protocols when accessing Company systems to locate and share information with confirmed-identity callers.
-Records details of all contacts in case management system until cases are closed.
Ensures compliance with HIPAA, ERISA and Privacy Policy.

Requirements
Education
-High School diploma or G.E.D.

Experience/Skill
Call center experience is required.
Verbal language skills (vocabulary, diction) will be assessed.Candidates with more advanced skills will be preferred.
-Stress management skills are essential.Ability to remain calm when confronted with hostility, anxiety or impatience will be assessed.
-Ability to learn quickly is essential.Candidates will be assessed on ability to navigate systems, follow procedures and scripts and assimilate new information.
-Energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment required.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with:
-2-3 years of verifiable call center experience
-Outstanding listening and communication skills
-Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
-Bilingual skills although not required are welcome
