Polished and professional office assistant is needed for our client who wants to find just the right fit for their beautiful new office space. Do you enjoy helping people and ensuring they have a good client experience? We are looking for an experienced office professional to help create a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who contacts or visits this professional financial office in Frederick. Basic office clerical skills are required but most important is a positive, friendly demeanor and willingness to assist clients on the phone or in person. Qualified candidates will have 3-5+ years of experience in a professional office environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities include answering and transferring calls, greeting and directing visitors and basic clerical duties such as light typing and filing. You will interface with clients, prospects and other office staff throughout the day in a team-oriented environment. Full-time, permanent job opportunity in a very attractive new office environment. Traditional business hours and benefits available. $13 per hour.
