We specialize in the execution of promotions and in store marketing. Our top notch clients outsource us to present their promotions directly to their customers with the goal of gaining new customer acquisition.
As a Sales Manager you will report to the Office Manager and lead a team of staff to deliver on business goals of sales, memberships, and service. The Sales Manager spends most of their time as an active, visible leader, motivating, directing, and coaching hourly staff. As well as being able to demonstrate ability to set standards and hold team members accountable.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Minimum of 1+ years of successful retail management experience.
Demonstrate dynamic leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop future leaders.
Acts as an active visible leader; motivating, directing and coaching hourly non-management staff.
