Revel & Roll is about to revolutionize the concept of entertainment centers and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team!
We are looking for exceptionally motivated individuals with a rock star personality to provide our customers with outstanding service as we introduce them to Revel & Roll - a sophisticated take on the modern arcade and entertainment center. Our offerings will include Ann Arbor's best sports viewing experience, a new take on bowling and the best modern arcade this area has ever seen.
We are set to launch in late August, and are now seeking qualified candidates that are ready to be a part of this revolution! Come roll with us!
General Responsibilities:
The Front Counter Staff is responsible for monitoring the desk area and serving as a guest ambassador for the main entrance. This includes controlling guest access to the lanes, handling bowling sales and equipment rental. In addition to answering questions on CLAA programs and policies, The Front Desk Staff also enthusiastically greets patrons, answers the phone, addresses questions about the facility, takes messages, makes reservations, and attends to light housekeeping duties.
