A fast pace company in the Biltmore area is looking for a polished, quick and experienced Customer Service / Date Entry Clerk to help with increased work volume.
Job Title: Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk
Qualifying Skills:
1. Must have minimum 2 years data entry experience
2. Professional appearance/polished demeanor/understanding of customer service protocols
3. Proficient computer skills including desktop hardware, software applications (MS Office) and Web/Internet
4. Excellent customer service communication skills - Some outbound Customer calls - Good/Strong phone presence
5. Ability to learn quickly and exercise sound judgment in absence of supervision
Job Duties:
Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Accurately inputs alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
-Reviews data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or requesting assistance from Team Lead
-Phone interaction with clients for support and troubleshooting
-Assists to resolve database or service problems
Ability to work Full time {M-F 6:30am - 3:00 pm }
