Lead DC Power Tech - Level IV - Full-time / Part-time

DC Technician

• Prepares hardware and equipment to be installed, equipment construction of battery racks, power plants and cable tray, or racking systems, performs simple test procedures, such as voltage and resistance tests, performs minor trouble shooting of equipment such as rectifiers, disconnects, power plants and battery plants, repairs minor problems found during the trouble shooting process, installs and upgrades components, parts, cable, equipment, and systems for backup DC Power.
• DC Power Installations and Augments, battery installation, maintenance, and load testing. Bus bar installs, Rectifier installs, Running and securing 750 flex / solid cable, PDB Installs, battery installs, H-Taps, lugs, BDFB Installs.
• Candidate must be able to pass a drug test, background and driving check
• Must be able to travel - will meet at client office or the first site of the day Then techs will occupy a client truck with a field supervisor driving.
• Solid experience is required with: AC (power Plant Hookup) DC (Live load conversion) Batteries
