Progressive, growing company offering Temporary to Hire career opportunity to qualified Customer Service Representatives!! Starting pay rate is $12.00 per hour. Hours of Paid Training are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Upon completion of training, you will be assigned to a shift beginning as early as 8:00 am or as late as 11:00 am. Alternate shift may be selected once you gain seniority. This position requires intelligence, compassion :Will be taking inbound calls from healthcare insurance subscribers. With the information gained in training, you will have the ability to help subscribers to make plan choices or to answer other questions that they may have regarding their plans. During peak season there will be an opportunity for some mandatory overtime and occasional weekend work. To be considered, you must have had at least 2 year of recent experience performing customer service by phone or in person. A healthcare background and/ or experience in healthcare insurance is a big plus but not required. Background check, drug screen, reference checks and educational verification required.
