Now Hiring Assistant Management, Parts Specialist and Retail Service Specialist

Assistant Manager

Responsible for the sales, profitability, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Objectives are to show consistent sales growth, ensure store projects propel the O’Reilly image, operate the store as a profit center, and follow policies and procedures to ensure company is operating as economically and efficiently as possible. Requires experience in management.

Parts Specialist

Provide retail and professional installer customers with a high level of customer service; Support management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks including maintaining inventory control and store appearance. Requires excellent customer service and communication skills. Automotive parts and/or sales experience preferred but will train if you are driven by exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Retail Service Specialist

Support the Assistant Store Manager in the areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. Requires excellent customer service and organizational skills, and knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Flexible scheduling is available for all opportunities, with hours dependent upon needs of store.
