General Description of Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming telephone and email requests from guests staying in a SuiteAmerica apartment
* Interact with other departments, apartment communities, and vendors to make sure all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Provide outstanding customer service and creatively solve problems
* Develop and maintain lasting client relationships
* Effectively and accurately update and monitor service log
* Provides support for after-hours/on-call customer needs as scheduled
Qualifications:
* A high customer focus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to provide exceptional service in a timely manner
* Demonstrated problem solving skills
* Strong organization skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
* At least 2 years of Sales and Customer Service experience
* Basic computer skills
