Responsible for entering data and backlogged data into our systems. As such you will be expected to use MS Excel as well as implement other basic PC skills.
There is the potential for interaction with external customers via voice, online, or WebEx. Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is helpful.
Prior experience with Active Directory, SQL or Excel beneficial.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required
Prior experience is preferred, but not required
Shift adaptability, potential weekend work
Must be proficient with typing
PC proficient
Able to work on a deadline
Thorough knowledge of MS Excel
