Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for engaging with customers and prospective customers that contact the Entrust Energy Customer Care Center.
Assist customers with inquiries concerning account information, as well as specific products or services that are offered by Entrust Energy.
Strive for a one call resolution, with above average service.
Accurately and timely document customer calls in to proprietary software, and be adept to know when to raise questions to a supervisor.
Qualifications:

A team-player, competent and analytical in order to resolve customer-related questions and issues.
The ideal candidate will be able to interact effectively with customers while providing a positive experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 AM - 7 PM Monday - Saturday
Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish.
A courteous and friendly phone presence with the ability to articulate and speak with proper grammar.
The ability to quickly learn proprietary software, and have quick and accurate data-entry into multiple systems.

General Requirements:

Authorization to legally work in the United States
Strong ethics and integrity
Willingness to work on a contract to hire basis
