Sales Associate - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking a Telephone Support Asc that will function as a Broadcast Support Analyst at a Broadcast System Center supporting the 50th SCS at Schreiver AFB CO, Combatant Commands (CCMD) Theater Information Managers (TIMs), and GBS Receive Suite users down range. Candidate shall be responsible for providing the first tier level of support in responding to general receive suite application inquiries, specific questions concerning Broadcast services and support, reporting incidents and managing problems through resolution. Selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications
Must be dependable, well-spoken, and able to explain technical details and instructions over the phone. Must have great customer service skills. Must be willing to work any shift. Familiar or prior education/training in network, server, computer, satellite OR software systems/technology. Individual will be required to be DoD 8570 Compliant within 6 months of hire start date (Security + or equivalent certification ).

Desired skills
Prior service desk, call center, or broadcast center, experience. Experience with deployable satellite communications systems and operating/maintaining Receive Suites and Satellite Broadcast Manager. Understanding and experience with military circuit actions/tech-control or IT systems. Detailed knowledge of Remedy or other Trouble Ticket Management system. Prior experience using Active directory and/or network and computer maintenance. Prior experience with Microsoft SQL Servers and software application support across a distributed network. A+, Network +, Security + certifications Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
